Veison was born too big: big feet that he would trip over when running as a puppy, big head that he would knock into things around the house, big tail that would knock over small children and objects when ventured too close. But the biggest part of him was his heart: he loved everyone and everyone loved him. He was a gentle giant.Veison was born into a tough life: extreme hip dysplasia, arthritis in his back, lung issues, chronic ear infections and finally heart disease. Even with all these issues, he would give all the love he could to anyone and everyone.I would never have traded him for any other dog. Others would have given up, but I realized that he was meant to be with me and I gave him the best quality of life that I could. I hope he realized that and I hope he loved his life as much as I loved him.And yes, that is his true full name as registered thru the AKC, but everyone lovingly referred to him as “Big Butt”.You are missed by allLove Mom, Dad, Aiden, Guinness and Mick

Every time a fire siren went by, your yodeling howl would make me smile. I still hear you howl when they go by. You were bigger than my neighbor Vi, but she was one person you never grabbed a cookie from - you took it like a gentleman. You gave up your dog bed to the \"old lady\" Tasha to sleep on, knowing she didn\'t like anyone near her when she slept. You watched over her when she collapsed until we got home. These and hundred more memories fill my breaking heart. I\'ll miss you big butt.
