Critter Miller

The day you came into our lives, I heard faint meows coming from under the hood of my vehicle, I called mom and told her there was a cat in my car, she proceeded to tell me that “we’re not keeping it”, but once I got you out and mom saw your big beautiful blue eyes she said “We won’t tell your dad” and that day you found your forever home and was from then on, the “Critter in my car”. You won the hearts of all those you weren’t afraid of and especially you won the hardest heart, which was Dad’s. Critter is such a sweet, loving boy. He has a sweet soul and will be missed dearly. Critter is preceded in death by his best friend, Daisy and Focker. When Daisy was sick he would warn of an on coming seizure and after Daisy had a seizure, Critter would guide her when she couldn’t see, only more proof of how kind of a soul he is. I’m going to miss walking in the house and you coming when I call your name. I’m going to miss our back-and-forth bantering of meows. I’m going to miss when you flop on your side and roll on your back to let me rub your belly. I’m going to miss when you get the drool droplets around your mouth from petting you and you just couldn’t get enough love. I’m going to miss you sticking your tongue out and how cute I thought it was. I’m going to miss telling you how beautiful you are and being able to say it although you’re a boy. More importantly, I’m going to miss you. The day you passed you took a part of each of us with you, but you will forever remain in our hearts. May you be at peace my sweet, gorgeous boy.
